NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on June 12, 2009, the Department of Business and Professional Regulation, Division of Hotels and Restaurants, received a petition for variance from Glorida & Tim Higham on behalf of Highland Properties W Florida. The petitioner is requesting a permanent variance regarding floor-to-floor height as indicated in ASME A18.1. (VW 2009-299).
