NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on July 13, 2009, the Department of Business and Professional Regulation, Division of Hotels and Restaurants, received a petition for variance from Courtney L. Collins, CAM, on behalf of Centre Court Condominium Association, Inc. The petitioner is requesting a temporary variance for extension of time due to financial contraints per ASME A17.3 (1996), for Rule 3.11.3 Firefighters’ Service. (VW 2009-283).
