Notice is hereby given that the following changes have been made to the proposed rule in accordance with subparagraph 120.54(3)(d)1., F.S., published in Vol. 35 No. 19, May 15, 2009 issue of the Florida Administrative Weekly.

Proposed amendment to Rule 68A-12.011 has been changed to include the following new acreage in paragraph (1)(a):

(1)(a) Such game farm must not exceed an area of 2,000 ~~640~~ acres owned or leased and no game farm may join or be connected to another game farm. In the event that the facility location is under lease to the applicant, said lease must be for a term sufficient to cover the term of the license and such lease is subject to review and approval by commission personnel as a condition to the granting of the license.

No other changes were made to the rule amendments as proposed.
