NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on April 08, 2009, the Board of Massage Therapy, received a petition for waiver or variance of paragraph 64B7-28.009(3)(a), F.A.C., from Cynthia Partenheimer, with respect to the 12 hours of continuing education via live classroom instruction which includes hands on instruction or demonstration because compliance with this requirement would cause hardship for Petitioner because she recently moved to Ohio where there are no continuing education classes.
