NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on May 01, 2009, the Department of Environmental Protection, received a petition for a variance from the requirement that a construction permit be obtained and construction commenced within two years of the issuance of a Conceptual Environmental Resource Permit. The petition requested a variance from Rule 62-343.100, Florida Administrative Code (F.A.C.) pursuant to Section 120.542, Florida Statutes (F.S.).
