The Florida Land and Water Adjudicatory Commission announces a public meeting to which all persons are invited.

GENERAL SUBJECT MATTER TO BE CONSIDERED: This meeting is a regularly scheduled Cabinet meeting. The Commission will consider adoption of proposed amendments to Rule 42H-1.002, F.A.C., Boundary, relating to The Crossings at Fleming Island Community Development District. The proposed rule amendments were published in the Florida Administrative Weekly on April 17, 2009.
