The Department of Environmental Protection announces a public meeting to which all persons are invited.

GENERAL SUBJECT MATTER TO BE CONSIDERED: The Lake Jesup Basin Management Action Plan (BMAP) is under development. Current activities include the submittal and review of projects eligible for pollutant reduction credits. This meeting will consist of small group discussions between stakeholders and the Department to work through details of projects submitted for inclusion in the BMAP. Topics for each small group discussion include projects submitted by the stakeholder group, projects eligible for credit, projects not eligible for credit, and the basis for quantitative credit calculation. Note that the final agenda and end-time for this meeting remains to be determined, pending the number of stakeholders who wish to take advantage of this small group meeting format.
