FLORIDA CATEGORICAL EXCLUSION NOTICE

CITY OF BROOKSVILLE, FLORIDA

The Department of Environmental Protection has determined that Brooksville’s proposed project for the rehabilitation and/or replacement of sections of the City’s wastewater collection system will not have a significant adverse affect on the environment. The cost for the 2009 phase of the project is estimated at $2,484,828. The project is expected to qualify for a State Revolving Fund loan composed of federal and state matching funds.
