58C-1.0031: Lead Agency Dispute Resolution
PURPOSE AND EFFECT: The purpose of this rule is to provide a mechanism for any party to protest an area agency on aging’s decision to award the designation of lead agency to a party or parties through the competitive procurement process.
SUBJECT AREA TO BE ADDRESSED: The rule develops standards for bid protest and dispute resolution procedures.
