GENERAL SUBJECT MATTER TO BE CONSIDERED: Approval of the proposed amendments to Rule 12B-8.016, F.A.C. (Retaliatory Provisions). A Notice of Proposed Rulemaking was published in the Florida Administrative Weekly on December 19, 2008 (Vol. 34, No. 51, pp. 6608-6609), as corrected in the Florida Administrative Weekly on January 23, 2009, (Vol. 35, No. 3, p. 336).
