GENERAL SUBJECT MATTER TO BE CONSIDERED: Updates and discussion of the Lake Apopka Restoration Program and Upper Ocklawaha River Basin Restoration Program. A tour of Harris Bayou and Emeralda Marsh will begin, 12:30 p.m. at the Harris Bayou.
