NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on August 01, 2006, the Bureau of Elevator Safety, received a petition for Variance from ASME A.17.1, Sections 2.7.3 and 2.7.3.1, as adopted by Chapter 3001.2, 2004 Florida Building Code which require unobstructed access to machine spaces. The petition was received from Steve Jarvis of KONE Inc., requesting a variance to allow access through panels located within tenant space in the following location: Positano On The Gulf, in Long Boat Key (Petition VW 2006-199).
