The day of the week for a hearing on DEP’s proposal to adopt a new form “8700-12FL – Florida Notification of Regulated Waste Activity” into Chapter 62-730, F.A.C., if a hearing is requested before December 5, 2008, will be FRIDAY December 12, 2008, at 1:00 p.m., in Conference Room 609, Bob Martinez Center, 2600 Blair Stone Road, Tallahassee, FL 32399-2400
