No decision has been made as to the sufficiency of these petitions. A brief description of these projects is listed below. Resolution of these requests for hearings by way of a grant or denial of their certificate of need at issue will determine the substantial interest of persons. Those persons whose substantial interest may be determined by these proceedings including settlements, grants, and denials are advised to govern themselves accordingly and may wish to exercise rights including intervention.
