Volunteer Florida, the Governor’s Commission on Volunteerism and Community Service, is pleased to announce the availability of funds for the reimbursement of costs incurred for the in-state sheltering/hosting of out-of-state Hurricane Katrina/Rita evacuees. Eligible organizations are Private Non-Profit (PNP) 501(c)3 organizations (including faith-based organizations).
