PURPOSE AND EFFECT: The purpose of this rule is to incorporate by reference in rule the Developmental Disabilities Home and Community-Based Services Waiver Procedure Codes and Maximum Units of Service, November 2003. 59G-13.082 Developmental Disabilities Waiver Services Procedure Codes.
(1) This rule applies to all developmental disabilities waiver services providers enrolled in the Medicaid program.
(2) All developmental disabilities waiver services providers enrolled in the Medicaid program must be in compliance with the Developmental Disabilities Home and Community-Based Services Waiver Procedure Codes and Maximum Units of Service, November 2003, which is incorporated by reference.
