The FWCJUA is issuing a Request for Proposals for the purpose of engaging an actuarial firm to advise and assist the FWCJUA with actuarial matters, to include ratemaking and reserve analyses. The FWCJUA is not a state agency. Accordingly, the RFP process is not governed by the contracting procedures applicable to state agencies set forth in Florida Statutes and Rules. Any entity which responds to the RFP must expressly acknowledge in its response its understanding that the contracting procedure requirements which apply to state agencies do not apply to the FWCJUA.
