The Department of Environmental Protection announces the receipt of the below listed applications for permit coverage under the Generic Permit for Discharge of Stormwater from Phase II Municipal Separate Storm Sewer Systems (MS4). The applications are being processed and are available for public inspection during normal business hours, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, except legal holidays, at Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC), 2343 Hansen Lane, Tallahassee, Florida 32301, phone number (850)523-1449. Any comments related to the noticed applications or objections to the use of the Generic Permit by any of the noticed applicants must be received by the Department within 14 days from the date of this notice.
