NOTICE OF AVAILABILITY
The Department of Environmental Protection has determined that Emerald Coast Utility Authority’s proposed project for the construction of wastewater facilities improvements will not have a significant adverse affect on the environment. The total project cost is estimated at $314,000,000. The project is expected to qualify for a State Revolving Fund loan composed of federal and state matching funds.
