NOTICE TO PROFESSIONAL CONSULTANTS

Request for Qualifications (RFQ) Professional Services

Architect/Engineering Services

The Office of Facilities Design and Construction announces that Architect/Engineer services are required for a project entitled HVAC at Mandarin High School, No. 260 and First Coast High School, No. 265, DCSB Project No. M-87100 – Stage II, for Duval County Public Schools. The firm selected will be responsible for design, bid review and construction administration of this project having an estimated construction cost of approximately Four Million, Three Hundred Forty Thousand Dollars ($4,340,000). The project scope shall consist of engineering and design for replacement of various identified HVAC components in the existing facilities, including air handlers, piping, ductwork and valves. Building envelope issues shall also be addressed.
