Notice is hereby given that the following changes have been made to the proposed rule in accordance with subparagraph 120.54(3)(d)1., F.S., published in Vol. 33 No. 8, February 23, 2007 issue of the Florida Administrative Weekly.

In response to comments received from the Joint Administrative Procedures Committee, OFR Form CAN, Canadian Dealer Notification, has been amended to remove the notarial acknowledgement. This form is incorporated by reference in subparagraph 69W-301.002(7)(a)15.
