PURPOSE AND EFFECT: The Board proposes the rule amendment to increase fees for continuing education providers.

Any person who wishes to provide information regarding a statement of estimated regulatory costs, or provide a proposal for a lower cost regulatory alternative must do so in writing within 21 days of this notice.

(1) The initial fee for approval as a continuing education provider shall be $200125.
(2) The biennial renewal fee for an approved continuing education provider shall be $200125.
