NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Office of Insurance Regulation, Financial Services Commission, received on February 21, 2007, a petition from First American Title Insurance Company for a rate deviation, under Section 627.783, Florida Statutes, from rates promulgated in Rules 69O-186.003 and 69O-186.005, F.A.C., for issuance of endorsements.
