The Suwannee River Water Management District (referred to as “District”) is inviting sealed bids to construct stormwater improvements in the City of Starke, Florida, specifically in the Pratt Street/U.S. 301 area. Competitive sealed bids shall be received no later than 4:00 p.m. on March 30, 2007 at District Headquarters located at 9225 County Road 49, Live Oak, Florida 32060.
