NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on May 09, 2006 The Florida Real Estate Appraisal Board, received a petition for Ben L. Faulk, seeking a waiver or variance of subsections 61J1-6.001(5), (5)(b)5., and (7), Florida Administrative Code, from the requirements that the applicant produce appraisal experience logs, be a current government employee, and provide an official statement made by an individual who is a licensed or certified appraiser who is in an appraisal supervisory capacity to the applicant.
