NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on February 13, 2007, the Florida Housing Finance Corporation, received a petition for Waiver of Rules 67-48.004(1)(a), 67-48.004(14)(a), and 67-48.004(15) Florida Administrative Code from The Club at Eustis Village Partners, Ltd. (“Petition”). The Petition is seeking a waiver of the rules regarding and application and selection procedures, and a change in the development team.

Florida Housing will accept comments concerning the Petition for 14 days from the date of publication of this notice.
