NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on February 09, 2007, the Division of Hotels and Restaurants, received a petition for a Routine Variance for subsection 61C-4.010(7), Florida Administrative Code, from Brunchies New York Deli and Pizza located in Kissimmee. The above referenced F.A.C. states that all bathrooms shall be of easy and convenient access to both patrons and employees, and shall be located on the same floor of the premises served. They are requesting a variance to use bathroom facilities on the second floor of the establishment.
