NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on December 21, 2006, the Bureau of Elevator Safety, received a petition for Variance from Chapter 2.27.3.2, A.S.M.E. A17.1, 2000 Edition as adopted by 3001.2, 2004 Florida Building Code, requiring Phase 1 recall. The petition was received from Thomas Clark, Plant Maintenance Supervisor, on behalf of Vero Beach Municipal Power Plant, located in Vero Beach, Florida (Petition VW 2006-320).
