NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on November 20, 2006, the South Florida Water Management District (SFWMD), received a petition for variance from Pebb Enterprises University Bank Building LTD. (Pebb) for a project known as Isla Verde at Wellington (Isla Verde), located in Palm Beach County. The petition seeks relief from subsection 40E-4.101(2), F.A.C.
