NOTICE OF FINAL DISPOSITION ON PETITION FOR EXEMPTION
The Administration Commission hereby gives notice of final disposition on the Petition for Exemption from Section 120.57(1), Florida Statutes, filed by the Agency for Persons with Disabilities on August 24, 2006. The Agency for Persons with Disabilities withdrew its Petition on November 15, 2006, and the Administration Commission issued a Final Order of Dismissal on November 16, 2006.
