NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on January 20, 2006 The Board of Dentistry, received a petition for Florida State Hospital. The Notice of Petition for Variance was published in Volume 32, No. 03, of the January 20, 2006, Florida Administrative Weekly. The Board considered the Petition at a duly-noticed public meeting held on February 10, 2006.
The Board’s Order, filed on February 27, 2006, denies the Petition, finding that Petitioner has not complied with Sections 120.542(2), (5) of the Florida Statutes and is not eligible for a variance or waiver from Rule 64B7-17.015, Florida Administrative Code. The Board further finds that the petition does not meet the requirements of Section 120.542(5)(d), Florida Statutes and is not eligible for a waiver or variance of Section 64B7-17.015, F.A.C.
