Notice of Meeting/Workshop Hearing

The Florida Public Service Commission will hold its regularly scheduled conference announces a public meeting to which all persons are invited.
DATE AND TIME: May 2, 2006, 9:30 a.m.
PLACE: The Betty Easley Conference Center, 4075 Esplanade Way, Commission Hearing Room 148, Tallahassee, Florida.
GENERAL SUBJECT MATTER TO BE CONSIDERED: To consider those matters ready for decision.
LEGAL AUTHORITY AND JURISDICTION: Chapters 120, 350, 364, 366, and 367, F.S.
Persons who may be affected by Commission action on certain items on this agenda for which a hearing has not been held will be allowed to address the Commission concerning those items when taken up for discussion at this conference.
