NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on November 08, 2012, the Department of Business and Professional Regulation, Division of Hotels and Restaurants, Bureau of Elevator Safety, received a petition for Holiday Surf and Racquet Club. Petitioner seeks an emergency variance of the requirements of ASME A17.1b, Section 2.4.7.1, as adopted by 61C-5.001(1), Florida Administrative Code that requires upgrading the elevators top of car clearances which poses a significant economic/financial hardship.
