The State Board of Administration (SBA), Investment Advisory Council (IAC) announces a public meeting to which all persons are invited.
DATE AND TIME: Friday, November 16, 2012, 1:00 p.m. EST until conclusion of business.
PLACE: Renaissance Orlando at SeaWorld, 6677 Sea Harbor Drive, Orlando, Florida 32821.
GENERAL SUBJECT MATTER TO BE CONSIDERED: Special meeting of the IAC to discuss and provide policy guidance for a compensation study the IAC is undertaking to ensure interests are aligned and human capital risk issues are prudently addressed. In addition, a discussion of any other matters within the purview of the IAC may be addressed. The IAC is a nine-member advisory council, which reviews the investments made by the staff of the State Board of Administration and makes recommendations to the board regarding investment policy, strategy, and procedures. The IAC operates under s.215.444 of the Florida Statutes.
