The Department of Children & Families Review of Child Deaths announces a public meeting to which all persons are invited.

GENERAL SUBJECT MATTER TO BE CONSIDERED: The Florida Department of Children and Families is convening a multidisciplinary team of child welfare professionals to review child deaths reported to the Abuse Hotline during 2011. The investigations of the deaths were not determined to have occurred as a result of verified findings of abuse or neglect. The result will be to discuss recommendations pertaining to preventable child deaths.
