73B-21.006: Representation

Notice is hereby given that the following changes have been made to the proposed rule in accordance with subparagraph 120.54(3)(d)1., F.S., published in Vol. 38 No. 23, June 8, 2012 issue of the Florida Administrative Weekly.

73B-21.006 Representation.

(1)  through (3) No Change.

(4) A request for approval of a fee to be paid by the claimant, if any fee is charged by a claimant’s representative for services performed before the Commission, shall be in writing and received by the Commission no later than 15 days after the Commission’s order ruling on the case.  The request mustshould include a description of the time spent and services rendered in connection with the Commission appeal, and the amount of the proposed fee.
