RULE NO: RULE TITLE
40E-6.311: Access to Works and Lands of the District; Closures

Notice is hereby given that the following correction has been made to the proposed rule in Vol.32,No.08, February 24, 2006 issue of the Florida Administrative Weekly.

The Notice inadvertently did not include Rule 40E-6.311, F.A.C., Access to Works and Land of the District; Closures, in the list of rule numbers and titles at the beginning of the Notice. The proposed rule repeal was included in the text portion of the Notice.
