PLACE: St. Johns River Water Management District, Briefing: Palm Bay Service Center, 525 Community College Parkway S.E., Palm Bay, FL 32909. Followed by site visit of the Upper Basin Project, Fellsmere Water Management Area and associated projects. Transportation for site visit may be determined by weather and water levels. This site visit may be attended by two or more Governing Board members. The locations of the site visits may be changed due to inclement weather or other unforeseen circumstances.
