PURPOSE AND EFFECT: The purpose of these rule changes is to define requirements for individuals seeking the Limited Commercial Wildlife Management Certificate for individuals wishing to control commensal rodents in Florida.

SUMMARY OF STATEMENT OF ESTIMATED REGULATORY COSTS AND LEGISLATIVE RATIFICATION:
The Agency has determined that this will not have an adverse impact on small business or likely increase directly or indirectly regulatory costs in excess of $200,000 in the aggregate within one year after the implementation of the rule. A SERC has not been prepared by the agency.
Any person who wishes to provide information regarding a statement of estimated regulatory costs, or provide a proposal for a lower cost regulatory alternative must do so in writing within 21 days of this notice.

(19) Applicants for limited certification for commercial wildlife management shall submit an examination fee of $150 with their completed application using the form entitled, Limited Certification for Commercial Wildlife Management, DACS 13685, (rev. 09/11), which may be obtained by visiting http://www.flrules.org/Gateway/reference. Certificate holders shall submit an annual renewal fee of $75.00 with their completed Renewal Notice Limited Commercial Wildlife Management, DACS 13684, (rev. 12/11), which may be obtained by visiting http://www.flrules.org/Gateway/reference.
