Sealed bids will be received by Duval County Public Schools, Division of Facilities, Room 535, 1701 Prudential Drive, Jacksonville, FL 32207, until the time and date(s) recorded below and immediately thereafter publicly opened and recorded in the Duval County Public Schools, School Board Building, 5th Floor, Room 513D, 1701 Prudential Drive, Jacksonville, Florida. BIDS ARE DUE ON OR BEFORE JANUARY 17, 2012 AND WILL BE ACCEPTED UNTIL 2:00 p.m.

OFFICIAL PROJECT TITLE: Window Replacements at Duncan U. Fletcher High School No. 223/DCSB Project No. M-84410/OFDC – ITB-006-12.

SCOPE OF WORK: The project consists of replacement of various windows throughout the school per plans and specifications. Estimated construction cost is not to exceed $60,000. All contractors that are interested in bidding are required to attend a mandatory pre-bid conference to be held on December 7, 2011, 2:00 p.m., 1701 Prudential Drive, Room 513D, Jacksonville, FL. Failure to attend the pre-bid conference shall result in disqualification of that firm’s proposal. Attendees will be required to sign an attendance register. All contractors submitting proposals and bids must be pre-qualified with Duval County Public Schools at the time of the ITB Response Due Date. No proposals or bids will be accepted from Contractors who are not pre-qualified at that time.
