The Education/Medical/Outreach Committee of the Florida Coordinating Council for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing announces a telephone conference call to which all persons are invited.

GENERAL SUBJECT MATTER TO BE CONSIDERED: Nearly 3 million Florida residents are deaf, hard of hearing, late-deafened or deaf-blind, making people with hearing loss the largest disability group in the State of Florida. Florida has the second largest population of people who are deaf or hard of hearing in the nation.
The specific subject of this teleconference will be production of a Florida Civil Rights Handbook for persons with hearing loss.
