GENERAL SUBJECT MATTER TO BE CONSIDERED: RFP #10D11GC1 – Partnerships for Success Grant – Broward, Duval, Palm Beach, Miami-Dade, Orange and Pinellas Counties. The purpose of this Debriefing Meeting of the Department Evaluators and Ranking of the Proposals is to record the scores of each evaluator for each proposal, total the scores and determine the average total score for each proposal amongst the evaluators and to develop the ranking of proposals.
