60FF-6.005: Florida Emergency Communications Number E911 State Plan Technical and Operations Rule
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on October 20, 2011, the Department of Management Services, received a petition for Citrus County Sheriff’s Office seeking a permanent variance of the rule prohibiting auto dialers from being routed to a 911 system unless they allow two-way voice communication and have the capability of forced disconnection by the Public Safety Answer Point (PSAP) under subsection 60FF-6.005(7), F.A.C.
