NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on October 31, 2011, the Department of Health, received a petition for Emergency Variance or Waiver from subsection 64B23-7.003(1), F.A.C., from Dr. Chulhaeng Huh. The Petition requests a Variance or Waiver from the rule that specifies that a medical physicist-in-training may renew the certificate every year, for a period not to exceed eight years.
