Notice is hereby given that the following correction has been made to the proposed rule in Vol. 37 No. 31, August 5, 2011 issue of the Florida Administrative Weekly.

The notice of proposed rule did not state that the Agency had determined the proposed rule is not expected to require legislative ratification and state what information was relied upon. The Agency has determined that the proposed rule is not expected to require legislative ratification based on the nature of the rule and the preliminary analysis conducted to determine whether a SERC was required.
