The St. Johns River Water Management District announces a hearing to which all persons are invited.
DATE AND TIME: November 8, 2011, immediately following the Regulatory Committee Meeting that begins at 10:00 a.m.
PLACE: St. Johns River Water Management District Headquarters, Executive Building, 4049 Reid Street, Palatka, Florida 32177
GENERAL SUBJECT MATTER TO BE CONSIDERED: Continuation of public hearing from October 11, 2011 to adopt amendments to Rule 40C-2, regarding CUP Streamlining. The scope of the CUP Streamlining is described in detail in the Notice of Proposed Rule published in the August 19, 2011, edition of the Florida Administrative Weekly, Vol. 37, No. 33. The District will consider amendments to the language proposed in the Notice of Proposed Rule to address comments by staff of the Joint Administrative Procedures Committee (JAPC).
