GENERAL SUBJECT MATTER TO BE CONSIDERED: The division seeks input and information from the food service and training industry on the remedial education requirements in Chapter 2011-119, Laws of Florida. Specifically, the Division needs to obtain input regarding the content for remedial education through approved programs, industry abilities to provide the training, estimated costs for the training industry and the Division’s licensees, reporting requirements and abilities, and any other information necessary to assist the division with implementing the law and drafting proposed rules.
