NOTICE OF AVAILABILITY
The Department of Environmental Protection has determined that the City of Perry’s proposed project to expand the existing 1.25 million gallons per day (MGD) wastewater treatment plant’s capacity by 0.25 MGD as recommended in the City of Perry’s Facilities Plan will not have a significant adverse impact on the environment. The total estimated construction cost is $5,025,000. The project is expected to qualify for a State Revolving Fund loan composed of federal and state matching funds.
