Facility Requirements in K-12 Private Schools

PURPOSE:

This rule aligns with new legislative changes from House Bill 1521 from the 2023 Legislative Session that address the requirements that private K-12 schools must meet regarding bathroom or changing facilities.

SUMMARY:

This new rule incorporates requirements necessitated in House Bill 1521 from the 2023 Legislative Session regarding compliance reporting of mandated facilities to the Department of Education.
