	The Florida Agency for Health Care Administration announces a public meeting to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	Tuesday, June 28, 2011, 9:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. (EST), Registration is required to accommodate limited space

PLACE:	State Office Building, Hurston South Tower, 400 West Robinson Street, Orlando, Florida 32801

Subject:	The Agency for Health Care Administration will review and discuss matters and issues related to health quality assurance. Subject matter may include issues that have local or statewide impact on the Division of Health Quality Assurance and/or the survey process; and strategies to promote the Agency’s mission.
